Freeze Alarms Freeze Monitors are often an easy way to help prevent extensive damage to your property. Monitoring temperature, water, humidity and intrusion are just some of the sensors that can be monitored with various devices like freeze alarms. Freeze alarms will offer temperature monitoring for when the home owner is either home or not home. The alarm runs 24/7 and is on a battery backup unit (battery not included). For peace of mind, the units allow monitoring from any phone in the world and can check to make sure there is no power failure. In the instance that there is a power failure or temperature update, the alarm will notify the user. When plugging in the Freeze Alarm monitor, it plugs into a standard wall outlet, and telephone jack. The two settings that will need to be input to the freeze alarm is the number(s) that need to be called in the event of a problem and the temperature status. That’s it! When protecting against extreme winter temperatures, serious consideration needs to be taken. With Freeze Alarm, being in touch with your house is only a phone call away!

The Sensaphone 400 alarm dialer features four alarm inputs that will dial four phone numbers when an alarm condition is triggered. Listening to real time status reports are also one of many features that the Sensaphone 400 has. Sensaphone FGD-400 Features Recordable Voice: Ever want to customize a device to hear a message rather than a typical alarm sound? The Sensaphone 400 has a built-in microphone and will give the ability to record a voice message for each of the individual inputs. Sensaphone now includes voice with all their devices as well! Output: The Sensaphone 400 and 800 include a relay output that is programmed by the user and it will operate whenever the conditions are met for the alarm to be triggered. It has multi functions such as being used to trip a local alarm or control a dual setback thermostat. Line Seizure: Now a standard feature on the Sensaphone 400. Phone Line Monitoring: The integrity of the phone line can now be monitored. An LED light will start flashing if the line was cut or disconnected. Batteries: A 24 hour battery backup is included in the Sensaphone 400, and works with 6 C cell batteries. The housing for the batteries is at the front of the unit and is easily exchanged when they need replacing. With the option of wall mounting, the batteries can easily be removed and replaced while still on the wall. Phone Test: All phone numbers can be tested directly from the keypad on the unit. When the test is in progress the user is able to listen to the speaker that is playing the real sounds. At that time on the phone line it is easy to determine what number sequence needed to type for special dialing sequences. LED’s: Additional LED’s are provided to show the batteries condition, alarm status and phone status. Power: Standard plug-in adapters are used with the Sensaphone 400, which makes it easy to hide/place in openings.
